How To Redeem a Voucher
In order to redeem a voucher simply take a look at our interactive map to decide which venue suits your requirements and offers the package of your choice, make a note of your preferences including at least 2 dates with times (the more dates/times provided, the easier it is for us to get you booked in). You can ensure your voucher is valid for the package/venue of your choice by checking the section headed "Package". You can then either redeem the voucher via our Online Voucher Redemption facility or call our Customer Services Team on 0845 680 0751 who will be more than happy to help you through the process.
